SP Group (SP) had partnered with a major multinational real estate and property management company to deploy SP Digital’s Green Energy Tech (GET™) solutions to its properties in Singapore. 

 

The customer’s portfolio is a mix of 16 commercial and retail properties in Singapore with a variety of tenants and their specific needs. Manual meter readings and billings were time consuming and prone to error, giving rise to possible revenue leakage.
